At the recent NRTF conference in Norfolk, Francois Matarasso launched the fifth in his Regular Marvels series of books, A Wider Horizon.
Although the book focuses on English rural touring schemes, and Creative Arts East in particular, Matarasso makes eloquent points relevant to Scotland and the Highlands.
