AGM 2016 & Xmas Social

Join us for our Annual General Meeting from 4pm on Thu 8 Dec 2016 at our office in Inverness.

The AGM* will be brief (max. 1 hour), but will give us an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of The Touring Network in 2015-16, as well as to elect our board members.

The AGM will be followed by a Xmas Social evening, for all those who can join us. The evening will include a 3 course dinner** at The White House on Church Street, and a chance to catch up with fellow Touring Network promoters, Friends of The Touring Network, board members, and of course, the Touring Network team.

If you would like to join us at our Xmas Social, please RSVP by Mon 28 Nov to allow us to confirm numbers with the restaurant.

If you are not able to join us in person, we would encourage you to use your right to proxy so that we can ensure your voice and membership*** is represented. There is an option to provide us with your Proxy nominations when you RSVP.

* RELEVANT DOCUMENTS FOR THE AGM WILL BE SENT TO ATTENDEES 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT.

** THE TOURING NETWORK IS ABLE TO SUBSIDISE THE COST OF THE MEAL FOR A LIMITED NUMBER OF ITS MEMBERS. THESE WILL BE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.

*** PLEASE NOTE

1.   ONLY PROMOTER MEMBERS AND FRIENDS OF THE TOURING NETWORK WHO HAVE PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR THE CURRENT YEAR ARE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE.

2.   IF THE MEMBER IS AN ORGANISATION, THEY SHALL HAVE A RIGHT TO ONE VOTE AT MEETINGS USING A NOMINATED REPRESENTATIVE.
