Shared studio/craft spaces are available for rent, in what was the former school and now a community hub on Bressay in the Shetland islands. The four spaces are in one of the converted classrooms, benefiting from natural light, amble worktop space with plentiful electrical sockets, shared large storage cupboard and WiFi. Rent includes 24 hour 7 days a week secure access, electricity, heating and WiFi costs.

Bressay is only a short ferry journey from Lerwick, and the school is a 15-minute walk from the Bressay ferry terminal (or short car journey, a car park is available on the school site).

The school is also home to the Speliburn Café and art gallery, Good As New Shop, community library and a large multipurpose room (used for workshops, classes and exhibitions). There is also a knitwear /design studio, resident artist and the Bressay Development Office based in the school.

All the rooms in the building are on one level making for ease of access.
