Are you passionate about live performance? Could you help to support culture in the Highlands & Islands?
We’re looking for people with expertise and enthusiasm to join our Board. You’ll play an active role in providing leadership to the organisation. In return, we offer the chance to work with a vibrant organisation, which has communities, creativity and collaboration at its core.
Our board is critical to our success. Our Board members love and believe in what we do. They’re curious and engaged, offering professional guidance, support and governance to the organisation. We are incredibly grateful for the time, skills, connections and resources each person brings.
Board Membership is voluntary and unpaid and previous board experience is not required. Meetings are informal and friendly – and there are plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and network outside of these. Meetings are held quarterly, online or in the Highlands or Argyll and it is also expected that Board Members attend some additional events. Travel Costs will be covered.
Applications are welcomed from all suitably skilled and experienced people, especially those from groups with protected characteristics covered by the Equality Act 2010.
We would particularly welcome interest from any members who have experience of promoting live events in communities in our region or any individuals with expertise in HR. If you’re not personally interested, but you know any individuals who may be, please do let us know.
