It goes without saying that a lot of the nominations on this years Hand up for Trad shortlist will be familiar to our network – Karine Polwart, Adam Sutherland, Lau, Fara to name but a few.  But what’s really filled us with pride is seeing that in the non-artist categories, our members are really representing!

SEALL – Community Project of the Year for SEALL Festival of Small Halls

Sutherland Sessions –  Club of the Year

Eden Court & Fèis Ros –  Event of the Year for – Under Canvas

And whilst not current members – an honourable nod goes to An Tobar and The String too!

Their commitment to making things happen in and for their communities fills us with pride and these nominations validate all the hard work they have put in to making the Highlands & Islands a better place to work and live for us all!  It is an honour to have them be part of The Touring Network and we wish them the best of luck at the awards!  We urge you to support them by voting,
