We’re thrilled and very relieved to share that we have secured Multi-Year Funding from Creative Scotland.

It’s been a tough time for live performance and rural touring. Today’s announcement offers a record number of cultural organisations much-needed stability and peace of mind, and sees some new community organisations join the portfolio.

It’s heartening to see so many of our members on the list alongside us. Congratulations to Birds of Paradise Theatre Company; The Birks Cinema Aberfeldy; Birnam Arts; Catherine Wheels Theatre Company; An Tobar and Mull Theatre; Curious Seed; Dance North Scotland; Eden Court Theatre and Cinema; Fèis Rois; Findhorn Bay Arts; Fleur Darkin; Live Music Now; Lyth Arts Centre; Pianodrome; SEALL Events Skye; Shetland Arts; Starcatchers; Taigh Chearsabhagh Museum and Arts Centre; Theatre Gu Leòr; The Glasgow Barons; The Work Room; Tortoise in a Nutshell; Tricky Hat Productions; Universal Hall; Vanishing Point, Youth Theatre Arts Scotland, and our rural touring peers Dumfries & Galloway Arts Festival, North East Arts Touring (NEAT) and Tourbook.

We’ve planned a Network Meet-Up for Monday morning, (3 Feb, 10am-12pm), to catch up with the network and see how the land lies. We appreciate some of you might not be celebrating today. Facilitated by Lindsay Dunbar, Culture Croft, it will be a welcoming space to lean in and share. Register here.

You can find more information about today’s announcement here.
