It’s officially summer, and there are brilliant live performances all across the region, with many of our members also heading to the Fringe. Check out summer highlights.

Our Supported Programme artists are now booking final dates for the year ahead. If you’re interested in bringing one of these shows to your community, get in quick! Bursaries are available to Cairn members to cover 75% of the performer’s fee. View the collection

This month our Transition Fund has helped Arnisdale and Loch Hourne Community Association bring Red Ensemble to The Ceilidh House, and Applecross Community Hall to secure the Jennifer Ewan Band for later in the year. We’re still accepting applications for this fund if you could use a little support getting back on track. Find out more

Findhorn Bay Arts Festival has announced its first acts, with the full programme to be announced on 29 July. This year’s festival will take place from 23 September – 2 October and we’re excited to share that our AGM will be taking place in Forres on Thu 29 September to coincide. Find out more about the festival

Vanishing Point is offering 10 freelance professionals who work in the performing arts a fee of £1800 to imagine, research and develop an idea they have. Apply here.
