The Elephant Sessions make a stomping return to The Drouthy Cobbler!
This neo-trad quintet from the Highland of Scotland draw their influences from many different genres, creating a progressive blend of intricate tunes, engulfing guitars. monstrous bass and pounding drums. Already renowned for their breathtaking live show, 2014 saw the band climb to new heights with the release of their debut album, ‘The Elusive Highland Beauty’ and winning the MG Alba ‘Up and Coming Act of the Year’
2015 has been a busy year of touring for them and with appearances at most of the summer festivals and their own winter tour. They have also just announced that they will be playing with Blazin Fiddles on the last Saturday of Celtic Connections in2016
With the success of last year’s show at The Drouthy Cobbler and their growing following this is sure to be a sell-out!
