Scooty and the Skyhooks are a 12 piece soul band which includes a 5 piece brass section. Playing a lively set of Motown & Stax Classics.

Recent years has seen us play on the same bill as Texas, Deacon Blue, Craig Charles, Jools Holland & Runrig not to mention numerous festivals across Scotland.

Scooty & the Skyhooks are a soul band that started in the early 80’s & went onto become one of the North of Scotland’s most popular bands, playing to packed dance floors in venue’s all over the Highlands. In 2009 the band reformed for a one off reunion which proved so popular that the band were being offered more & more gigs. New additions were made to the band & we are now 12 piece. Some of our most recent performances include festival appearances, corporate events plus supporting acts such as Craig Charles, Jools Holland & Runrig.
