Following the launch of our much anticipated audience campaign, pick up some budget marketing tips and learn how to put them in to practice to get the most out of your Touring Network membership and the campaign. This workshop will take place during our Autumn members meetings.

Succession Planning & Using Volunteers

Feeling tired of promoting and overwhelmed by your workload as a volunteer? This interactive workshop will help you to take a step back, outline the roles involved and skills required in promoting, and attract new volunteers into your promoter group to share the workload, so that the legacy of your promoter group continues.

The start of the year usually marks a flurry of productivity as people feel inspired to start new projects. For those interested in starting out as a promoter, this workshop will cover the basics required to get started; for those keen to recruit new volunteers, the workshop will build on some of the points covered in the Succession Planning workshop.
