Meet the team
We are a small team with a big impact in the Highlands and Islands communities.
Staff

Claire Mackay
Director
Chat with me about: national advocacy initiatives; being on our board; the music industry and touring; embedding a coaching culture and research projects.
I ensure the team, board and organisation have everything they need to support the membership. I join the dots between the network and the wider sector, driving the strategic direction and aligning values and goals.
I’m passionate about ensuring our members’ voices are heard and seeing that live performance in the region is encouraged and fairly supported.

Fee Shaw
Network Development Manager
Chat to be about: micro networks; promoters supporting each other; getting the best shows to the far-flung corners of Scotland; anything on your mind as another member has probably thought of it!
I’m responsible for supporting our members to ensure they get the most out of this community. I believe the core strength of any network comes from good communication and a willingness to share experiences, insights, and resources. I’m here to help make that process as simple and enjoyable as possible!

Julia Wylie
Membership officer (on maternity leave)
Speak to me about: how we work, your membership, and where to get started.

Anna Hunter
Communications Manager
Chat with me about: The Touring Network’s website, social media and e-communications.
I develop and manage our communications strategy, enabling us to grow as an organisation, and share our impact.
