Newsletters & Promotional Emails

Membership Sign Up and Application Forms
We use a number of third-party providers including WordPress, Typeform and Podio, to create and collect form submissions for new members, job applications, and other opportunities that require an application form to be completed. You can view their privacy policies linked above.
Payments
We use GoCardless, Stripe and Xero, third party providers, to process and collect recurring direct debit payments for membership fees and other service-related payments.

Listings

Newsletters and Features
At times we draw information about performers, venues and shows from Tourbook for promotional purposes. You can view Tourbook’s privacy policy here.
We use Podio, a third-party provider, for our customer relationship management (CRM) and project management system. This secure cloud-based system is where we store your personal data, and monitor your engagement and interactions with our services. You can view their privacy policy here

We do not sell your Personal Information to anyone under any circumstances.

- Via our Online public Member Directory
- When managing online ticket sales with a partner and they need access to the names and contact details of ticket buyers

You can opt-out of receiving newsletters and promotional communications from us at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe or the Update Profile link in the email communications we send via Mailchimp.
