I met loads of people working in the sector, and put faces to names I recognise from email land. I had conversations which seeded new ideas for me in my practice. I felt inspired to learn more about and invest in Rural Touring as a producer.
Made contact with my equivalents in other venues, great to hear their experience.
As a producer it was good to get a feel for what bookers were wanting in shows. Great to be in an enviroment where you could easily approach people in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.
