Glasgow-based Folksy Theatre are touring the UK this summer, and coming back to Ullapool by popular demand!
Join us for a breathtaking matinee performance of William Shakespeare’s beloved comedy, A Midsummer Night’s Dream. In the heart of an enchanted forest, four young lovers flee the constraints of society and stumble into a realm ruled by mischievous fairies, feuding royalty, and a troupe of would-be actors with more enthusiasm than talent.
Folksy Theatre uses a mix of live performance, music, and a very versatile cast to create innovative, exciting and accessible touring theatre for all ages. We are excited to bring them back to Ullapool for their special take on this classic Shakespearean comedy.
