An Lanntair presents Cat’s Club. Led by critically acclaimed singer Cathie Rae, Cat’s Club brings together some of Scotland’s finest jazz musicians including three award winners; Graeme Stephen on guitar, Paul Harrison on piano / organ John Lowrie Drums and the amazing Brazilian bassist Mario Caribe.
The music is stylish and moving. Expect original songs, contemporary arrangements and new takes on classics.
Cat’s Club is poised to become one of Scotland’s best music outfits and should be given every opportunity to do so. It ticks all the boxes!

The album showcases an engaging mix of songs and styles, from the shimmers of electronica that introduce Rae’s own beaty Since Forever and La Vie En Rose as you may not have heard it before, to the swirly Hammond-powered swing of It All Comes Back and the robust Humdrum Blues.
