One of Scotland’s finest and longest-established traditional music groups, the Tannahill Weavers have been touring the world for over 40 years with their potent mix of Highland and Lowland music. They were among the first folk groups to include the Highland bagpipes and great piping is still an integral part of their performance. The Tannahills were inducted into the Scots Trad Music Awards Hall of Fame in 2011.
