Shetland JAWS Festival presents:
Tommy Smith with his group KARMA with poets Christine de Luca & Alex Cluness, Shetland Improvisers Orchestra with poet Laureen Johnson, and The Sensational Music of the Plants.
Tommy Smith has been working with Shetland poets Alex Cluness and Christine de Luca on a new commission of poetry and music. This fascinating collaboration will culminate in a World Premiere Performance. Also featured will be Shetland Improvisers Orchestra working with poet Laureen Johnson and with the sensational Music of the Plants, the big hit of this year’s Chelsea Flower Show and featured on BBC The One Show.
