Treacherous Orchestra

The Treacherous Orchestra is comprised of some of Scotland’s finest musicians. Formed originally to play the Celtic Connections Festival Club, Glasgow, UK in 2004, and with personnel from some of Scotland’s most well known Folk/World acts (Peatbog Faeries, Salsa Celtica and the Old Blind Dogs to name but three) they have roared onto the circuit and play their own innovative variation of Scottish traditional music. Their debut album Origins was launched at Celtic Connection in 2012 and this is their first visit to the Universal Hall in this incarnation although many of the musicians have played here with other acts.
