Hopscotch Theatre Company is one of Scotland’s leading producers of contemporary theatre for young audiences. 
 Since 1988, the company has been renowned for its annual touring pantomime, producing over thirty original pantomimes and over ninety original touring productions. Our touring theatre is bold and tells stories rooted in Scottish culture to an audience of over fifty-thousand people annually, making it one of the most recognisable companies in Scotland.

In 1988, we toured into our first primary schools with our Play Piece Project. Jam-packed with exciting stories for young audiences and tools for educators, our unique opportunities to support learning and development were born, and we’ve never looked back since!

Hopscotch Theatre Company remains committed and driven to engage with communities across Scotland to ensure that children and young people have access to the magic of storytelling and live theatre.
