As one of Scotland’s foremost youth jazz ensembles, the National Youth Jazz Orchestra of Scotland represents the wealth of innovation and skill possessed by Scotland’s talented young jazz musicians. Iain Bellamy was a key member of ‘Loose Tubes’ in the 80s and has enjoyed a diverse and stellar rise to be amongst the world’s finest creative musicians. NYJOS has held a Summer Music School at Sabhal Mòr for the last three years, bringing us a unique chance to hear quality jazz on a large scale.
