The Practicalities of Programming a Tour

The third and final residential training weekend will equip the Youth Promoters with the confidence and knowledge to organise the GET IN Tour across the region and in a local setting. The tour sub-groups will begin working closely together to establish the finer details of their tour, which they will host at their local venues and communities in early 2018. Topics covered will include:

• Negotiating with and contracting professional performers.     

• Legalities (insurances, licences etc).      

• Health and Safety at Work.

• Building a Volunteer Team.
